This architectural programme combining elegance, innovation and comfort replaces the former Pullman hotel. This ambitious project includes a modern hotel and a high-tech office building, designed to revitalise the east-west axis and enrich the urban landscape.

The new seven-storey office building blends harmoniously into its heterogeneous surroundings. With its generously glazed façades, it maximises the entry of natural light while breaking away from the smooth, reflective surfaces typical of the surrounding buildings. Vertical elements in triangular and metallic sections add an aesthetic dimension while providing effective solar protection.

This business centre is equipped to meet the needs of modern companies, with light-filled workspaces, a vast entrance hall, two bright atriums, a welcoming foyer and spacious office floors. Facilities also include a 400-seat conference room, two inter-company restaurants, several meeting rooms, a full gym, and private parking for up to 350 vehicles.
