Situated on the north-eastern edge of the commune of Clichy-la-Garenne, the project is part of a wider programme to redevelop the quays of the Seine, in conjunction with the ZAC des Docks de Saint-Ouen. In order to preserve as much open space as possible, three independent buildings have been erected at each point of the plot.
