Refurbishment and extension of the "La Potinière" building
La Potinière is an essential landmark for the residents of Trébeurden, located near the Roches Blanches, between the Trébeurden marina and Tresmeur beach, at 36 rue de Trozoul.

This renovation project aims to enhance the original architecture of La Potinière, while incorporating two new extensions in a 1930s style. These extensions, designed to fit harmoniously into the building’s overall dimensions, prepare the building to become a restaurant, by improving its appearance and stability. The project is spread over three levels: the lower ground floor for commercial premises, services and the main kitchen; the upper ground floor entirely occupied by the restaurant; and the first floor dedicated to a single dwelling.
The design of the facades harmonises the building with its context, respecting its architectural integrity, the sobriety of its materials and the balance of its volumes. The materials chosen for the extensions, combining millstone and granite for the base and rendering for the body, respect the duality of the original building.
