In the oustanding Queen Margot estate in Issy-les-Moulineaux, classified since 1962, conversion of a former retirement place of the priests of Saint-Sulpice into a 4 * hotel MGallery Hotel Collection, a brand of the Accor group.
Overview
The site
The site is that of the Domaine de la Reine Margot, a historic domain which, in the 17th century, belonged to the Queen Margot, before being bought by the Compagnie Prêtes de Saint Sulpice. At that time they built their retirement place in different phases, and we decided to keep its form unchanged.
Marked by this heritage, as evidenced in particular by the statues, signage, woodwork, and the chapel, the site has a significant elevation, thanks to which the property offers a fantastic panorama of West Paris.
The project
The foyer is now unoccupied, and we decided to give it new life while retaining its historic character.
Thus, through a partnership between the City of Issy-les-Moulineaux, the Société d'Économie Mixte de l'Arc de Seine (SEMADS), the Compagnie des Prêtres de Saint-Sulpice, the Accor group and Wilmotte & Associés, project manager, the entire estate will be revisited and enriched by the construction of a hotel complex and a prestigious restaurant
