Program
Design of a mixed-use program of 6 buildings (from R+6 to R+12) with housing, offices and commercial spaces.
Overview
The objectives of the project will allow:
-give urban areas a human scale, serving urban and architectural quality, respecting the environment, the mix of uses and limited energy resources.
-Integrate the project in its environment with the desire to ensure territorial cohesion.
The unifying element of the architectural project is a horizontal fault that crosses the mass of buildings and creates a strong architectural sign.
The project proposes an individualization of the four parts that make up the volume built:
-The Stand on the ground floor is dedicated to retail, it is imagined as a highly transparent glass area.
-The Body building.
-L'étage Bursting with horizontal fault up to 21m, creating a signature in space.
-L'attique Imagined as a suspension on this fault element detached from the mass and body building.
The project has two types of buildings:
-The Urban facades (buildings 1-4): they create an urban alignment reinforces the major axis, providing a front commercialet dynamic and large openings on the levels.
-The Internal facades (buildings 5 and 6), they provide a more protected environment, buildings are treated as massive cubes.
The vertical faults favor the perception of the horizon, creating a transparency and a visual connection with the green interior space.
